“Show Me Mizzou Basketball” Preview Show Dates Announced

The hour long segment will give fans an in-depth look at both basketball programs
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Athletics announced the dates of its basketball preview show "Show Me Mizzou Basketball", Wednesday, November 7. The hour long feature will give fans a glimpse into the inner workings of both the Mizzou Men's Basketball program and the Mizzou Women's Basketball program.
On the men's side, the show will include an extensive one-on-one interview with head coach Cuonzo Martin, inside access with Martin at the free summer camps he helped put on for kids in St. Louis and Kansas City and interviews with sophomore guard Mark Smith (Edwardsville, Ill.), and senior forward Kevin Puryear (Blue Springs, Mo.). Meanwhile, the show on the women's side will feature a one-on-one sit-down with head coach Robin Pingeton, Pingeton mic'd up at a pre-season practice, and interviews with junior guard Amber Smith (Shreveport, La.) and senior guard Sophie Cunningham (Columbia, Mo.). The show will also include complete highlight packages from both teams' season-openers.
The show will air four times in the next three days on Fox Sports Midwest and Fox Sports Kansas City. The show will first air on Thursday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. Other dates and times for the show are as follows: Friday, Nov. 9, at 2 a.m., Friday, Nov. 9 at 6 a.m. and Saturday, Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. KOMU will also be showing the program on Nov. 18, but that time has yet to be announced.
