COLUMBIA, Mo. – Due to excessive heat in the forecast on Sunday (Aug. 9), Mizzou Football has moved its annual Fan Appreciation Day to the East Concourse of Memorial Stadium rather than the originally-planned Faurot Field. Fans should enter through Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium (north side). The event will begin at 3:15 p.m. and last until 4:45 p.m. as originally scheduled. Admission to Fan Appreciation Day is free and fans are encouraged to bring a factory sealed bottle of water of an empty water bottle that can be refilled.
Fans can still expect the football team to be on hand signing autographs with a one item limit per person. Parking for the event is free and fans are encouraged to park in the lots to the east and north of Memorial Stadium. ADA/Handicapped parking will be in Lot J (Hearnes Center lot) and a Mizzou event staff member will be at entrance 2E to let those with disabilities into the stadium.
Fans looking to get the latest Mizzou Football team gear are invited to check out the Tiger Team Store, which will be open Sunday from 2:30-5:30 p.m.
