MIZZOU VS. WOFFORD GAME NOTES
Nov. 13, 2015 – Mizzou Arena

• Mizzou improved to 88-22 in season openers and 94-16 in home openers with the win.
• Additionally, Mizzou is now 40-2 in its last 42 home openers.
• The Tigers also improved to 2-0 all-time against Wofford, as the team defeated the Terriers 86-60 on Nov. 25, 1995.
• The Tigers point total of 83 was the highest for the team since the squad scored 85 in a win over Davidson on March 18, 2014.
• Mizzou shot 56.0 percent (28-50) for the game, the team's highest shooting percentage since March 18, 2014, when the Tigers shot 58 percent (29-50) against Davidson.
• The Tigers also shot over 50 percent from the floor in both halves (54.8 percent in the first half and 57.9 percent in the second half). The team shot over 50 percent from the field in a half only four times during the 2014-15 season.
• Freshman F Kevin Puryear led the Tigers with 20 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the floor in his Mizzou debut. He also pulled down five rebounds
• Sophomore G Namon Wright added 18 points and a career high boards in the game. He also tied his career best with three 3-pointers made, which he also did against Chaminade on Nov. 26, 2014.
• The 18-point outing marked the eighth time Wright scored at least 10 points in a Tiger uniform.
• Junior F Russell Woods added nine points on 4-of-5 shooting.
• Every Tiger who played against Wofford scored at least four points.
• Six players saw their first official action in a Tiger uniform on Friday: Terrence Phillips, Puryear, Cullen VanLeer, K.J. Walton and Woods.
