Stadium FAQ

May I check in prohibited items?
Prohibited items may not be checked-in or left at a gate unattended. All prohibited items must be returned to a vehicle or discarded. The University of Missouri will not be not responsible for any guest's personal property.
When do gates open?
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Why don't shuttles service the West side of Memorial Stadium?
Due to the heavy pedestrian traffic flow, courtesy shuttles will not be able to operate to or from the West side of Memorial Stadium.
Where is an ATM?
Outside of the stadium, an ATM is located on the West side of the stadium near gate 3W or on the West side of the Hearnes Center. Inside Memorial Stadium, ATMs are located in the concourse at Sections P/Q (on the West side) and Sections PP/QQ (on the East side) as well as inside Gate 1 on the North concourse.
How can I get something on the video board?
All video slides/ads are pre-recorded. Please contact the Athletic Department Marketing office at 882-6502 one week prior to the game you would like something displayed. There is a $100 donation fee that goes toward the Send-A-Kid program (Athletic Department provides tickets to underprivileged kids to come and enjoy the game).
Where is there a private restroom for a disabled individual?
Individuals needing a private restroom for accessible purposes may use the First Aid room on West concourse under the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box.
How can I have Truman make an appearance to us at the end of the game?
We are sorry but Truman only makes special appearances (Birthdays, Events, etc.) if a request is made through the Athletic Department. All appearance requests Open PDF need to be made two weeks in advance and paid for at that time. Any request made with less than two weeks advance notice are subject to not being met. How can I get a permanent chairback installed on my seat?
Season ticket holders can purchase permanent chairbacks for $40 per seat. Permanent chairbacks are cushioned, back supporting seats that are permanently installed at your seating location for the season. To order call 573-884-PAWS or 1-800-CAT-PAWS.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant/child, even though he/she will not occupy a seat?
All children above the age of two must have a ticket for admission to Faurot Field and Mizzou Arena.
I want to improve my season ticket seat location. How does the upgrade process work?
All upgrades are based on your TSF annual giving level, Priority Points total, and availability. Unfortunately, not all requests can be honored. Be specific on your request. Mention the desired location, section, or row. Also, include several options for your desired location, section, or row. Also, include several options for your desired seat changes. Upgrade requests should be made in writing and submitted with your season ticket application (not your TSF membership application). The only exception to this is if you would like to be placed on the premium seating (suites/club seats) waiting list. Please make this request by phone or mail direct to the TSF Office.
When are season ticket and parking passes mailed?
Football season tickets are mailed in the middle of August. Parking passes are mailed under separate cover from season tickets.
