Mizzou Arena A-Z Quick Reference Guide

Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the arena are subject to search.

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in Mizzou Arena with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.

An ATM machine is located on the North East Concourse of Mizzou Arena.

The following items are prohibited in the arena: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, firearms, backpacks, artificial noise makers, baby strollers-Car Seats, laser lights, food and beverages.

Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the arena. Please see the "Arena Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the arena.

Any spirit banner, sign, or flag that are bigger then 2½' x 3' and considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited. Signs/flags and banners can not be affixed to any part of the facility.

Video cameras and point-and shoot cameras are not permitted inside Mizzou Arena. The use of these images is prohibited due to media contracts which grant them exclusive rights to any multimedia within Mizzou Arena. Additionally the use of these electronics is a distraction to student athletes and game officials.

University of Missouri does not provide a check item service at the doors for items not allowed in MIZZOU Arean. The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will not be responsible for any item left at the doors. It is recommended that individuals return items not allowed in the arena to their vehicle. Please see the "Arena Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the arena.

Concession stands are located throughout Mizzou Arena (ground and main concourse levels). These concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the arena.

Mizzou Arena is open 1½ hours prior to start of men's basketball and 1 hour prior to the start of women's basketball and wrestling.

The elevator located in the southeast corner of the Mizzou Arena is for the general public to access the event level of the arena. The elevator located on the southwest main concourse level of the Mizzou Arena is Handicap Accessible.

First Aid Room is located on the northwest corner of the Mizzou Arena on the main concourse. For assistance in any medical emergency, individuals need to contact an usher or the nearest MU Police Officer.

Individuals who have floor seating on Tiger Row need to be aware of the potential danger of being injured by players on the floor. Please pay attention to the game activity while the basketball is in play. Improper behavior or abusive language toward visiting team members or game officials may result in being removed from the arena.

The lost and found is located in the Guest Services Room on the main concourse level. All items that have been turned over to arena personnel, police, or safety will be taken to the Guest Service Room. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during working hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday) at (573) 882-6502.

Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an usher or an MU Police Officer to notify them that their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location.

The public address system is used for game related information and emergency announcements only. No message will be made unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Representative.

Appropriate parking passes must be displayed to gain admittance into The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Reserved parking lots. Parking pass needs to be hung on the rear view mirror of the vehicle while it is parked in the designated lot. Anyone parking in a designated parking lot without a valid parking pass could have their vehicle towed at the owner's expense.

Accessible Parking is available at the intersection of Mick Deaver Drive and Champions Drive in Lot O, south of the Hearnes Center and east of MIZZOU Arena. Parking in Accessible Parking will only be available to vehicles that meet all three of these requirements:

All of the colored lots on the parking map, except the orange GP lots, are reserved on game day for donors of the Tiger Scholarship Fund. Parking passes must be purchased from the Tiger Scholarship Fund office. For more information about Reserved Donor Parking call the Tiger Scholarship Fund office, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., at (573) 882-0704.

General Public Parking is located in any of the orange colored lots on the parking map marked GP.

MU Basketball can be heard throughout the state on the Tiger Network. The game can be heard inside Mizzou Arena on KFRU-AM 1400 or KBXR-FM 102.3. For a full list of Tiger Network affiliates, refer to this page.

Mizzou Arena has a "no re-entry" policy.

Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and attendant seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 573-884-7297 or 1-800-CAT-PAWS. All handicapped accessible seating is reserved and is located on the concourse for men's. Patrons using these seats must have a ticket for these seats. If they do not have a ticket for this area, the individual must go to the main ticket office. Women's basketball handicapped accessible seating is available in a reserved section or general admission which is available on a first come first serve basis.

Throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.

The MU Athletic Department Ticket Office, located in the northwest corner of the Mizzou Arena, and is open Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Will-Call tickets are distributed from the Mizzou Ticket Office located inside Mizzou Arena. To pick up tickets, you must be the owner of the tickets or an authorized (listed) representative, and a photo ID is required.

The ticket office will open 2 hours prior to the start of a men’s game and 1 hour prior to the start of a women’s game.

Will-Call tickets left for the fans of a men’s or women’s basketball student-athlete (either Home or Visitor) or coach can be picked up by entering the doors labeled MISSOURI BASKETBALL on the north side of Mizzou Arena.

High Schools that have completed the appropriate paperwork per Big 12 and NCAA guidelines may enter the doors labeled MISSOURI BASKETBALL on the north side of Mizzou Arena.

If fans have ticket problems prior to game day, please contact the Mizzou Ticket Office at (800) CAT-PAWS or visit the Ticket Office located at MIZZOU Arena. If a ticket is misplaced on game day, the fan must go to the Mizzou Ticket Office windows to obtain a ticket replacement. Only the actual ticket holder may request the ticket replacement.

Tiger Team Store is open on the northeast side of Mizzou Arena from the time doors open for an event through the conclusion of the event. Please call 573-882-4275 with any questions.
