Policies & Procedures
All lots in the immediate vicinity of Memorial Stadium (with the exception of Lot M – Accessible and Lot R – General Public RV/Bus Parking) are reserved on football game days for members of the Tiger Scholarship Fund who hold season long football parking permits. For more information on how you can become eligible for permit parking, contact the Tiger Scholarship Fund at (573) 882-0704.
Season long parking permits for automobiles are sold at a cost of $135 each. The location of each individuals parking allocation will be based on the number football priority points, and by annual giving membership level.
Season long parking permits are also available for Recreational vehicles for a cost of $400 to TSF donors who qualify. Individuals who qualify will make a minimum annual donation of $500 and at least 5 football priority points.
Permit Parking order forms are sent to TSF donors in conjunction with season ticket applications between the months of March and June.

Football Priority Points
Each donor's football priority points play a critical role in the final allocation of permits. The Priority Points totals listed above are the point cutoffs for the 2011 football season, as serve as a reference for the 2012 allocation of football parking permits. Again, we note that the 2011 priority point cutoff above is strictly a reference. Cutoff points vary from year-to-year. Football Priority Points are earned by the following set of guidelines:
- Each donor receives one point for every $100 donated to the TSF. These points are added as soon as a donation is made. Please note that you will receive credit for the annual TSF club level and/or leadership gift you are pledging, but if you are on a payment plan, payroll deduction, or have a company match, you will receive points for actual donations as they are received.
- Each donor receives two priority points for every consecutive year that he or she has purchased season football tickets. These points start accumulating with the second consecutive year of purchase and are added AFTER the season is over.
- JUST GET ONE – Each donor will receive five points for the first person they refer to become a new TSF donor (minimum donation of $50 required) through this new program. Two points are awarded for each new member after that. Two points per year are rewarded to the original recruiter for each Just Get One member who renew their membership.
