Accessible Seating
Fans with special seating needs, such as wheelchair or companion seating, need to contact the Ticket Office at 573-884-7297 or 1-800-CAT-PAWS.
If you will be bringing a service animal to the game, please make prior arrangements by contacting the event management department at (573) 882-6501.
ATM Machine
An ATM machine is located on the northeast concourse of Mizzou Arena, next to the Tiger Team Store.
Bag Check Policy
All persons are subject to search. For the safety of our fans/patrons, appropriate sized bags (no larger than 16” by 18” by 9”), purses and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the arena to ensure that no unauthorized items enter the facility. The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics does not provide a check item service and will not be responsible for any item left at the doors.
Camera Policy
Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens may be used to take pictures inside Mizzou Arena. Cameras with detachable lenses that are longer than the width of the camera are prohibited from all Mizzou Arena events. Tripods or other photography equipment may not be used or admitted without being issued media credentials. The use of these images is prohibited due to media contracts which grant them exclusive rights to any multimedia within Mizzou Arena.
Concession stands are located throughout Mizzou Arena (Main Concourse Level and the Southeast corner of the Event Level near sections 107 and 110). There is also a concession stand located on the Club Level for the exclusive use of our guests with Club Level seating.
Doors Open
Mizzou Arena is open 1½ hours prior to the start of Men’s Basketball and 1 hour prior to the start of Women’s Basketball.

First Aid
The First Aid Room is located on the Northwest corner of Mizzou Arena. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher or the nearest MU Police Officer.
Guest Services
Guest services is located on the main concourse near Section 211. This room is staffed to answer questions about a wide variety of services and items including:
  • General information and arena
  • Parking & shuttle information
  • Game Day promotional information
  • Lost & Found
  • Wheelchair services
  • Lost Guests 
  • First Aid (basic first aid such as band aids or to radio paramedics)
  • Comments & Complaints 
Lost & Found
The lost and found is located in the Guest Services Room on the main concourse level near section 211. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during working hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon.–Fri.) at (573) 882-6501.
Lost Children
Parents/Guardians with a lost child should contact an usher or an MU Police Officer to report a missing child. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location.
Prohibited Items
Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, firearms, backpacks (unless used as a purse or diaper bag), artificial noise makers, baby strollers, car seats, laser lights, food and beverages, any items deemed inappropriate by game management.
Guests will not be allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited the facility.
Restrooms are located throughout Mizzou Arena (Concourse Level and Event Level). A family restroom is located on the northeast corner of the main concourse near the Guest Services Booth at section 211.
Spirit banners, flags or signs that are larger than 2' x 3' or considered to be improper will be confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited. Signs/flags and banners cannot be affixed to any part of the facility. All signs must be approved by game management. Use of unapproved, or inappropriate signs may result in ejection from the facility.
As of July 1, 2013, the University of Missouri has become a smoke-free campus. In order to promote an enjoyable game day experience for everyone, smoking is not permitted at Mizzou Arena or in the surrounding areas. For more information you can visit smokefree.missouri.edu.
No soliciting is allowed in the arena or near the entrances of Mizzou Arena.
Tiger Team Store
The Tiger Team Store is open on the Northeast corner of Mizzou Arena from the time doors open through the conclusion of the event.
