The Mizzou Ticket Office will accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) as a form of payment. Full payment must be received at the time the order is placed. No checks will be accepted on game day. A check returned for insufficient funds, places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seats.
Parking for disabled guests in vehicles displaying properly authorized license plate or hang tags is available in the lot northeast of Memorial Stadium off Mick Deaver Drive. Overflow accessible parking is available on the east side of the Hearnes Center, with shuttle service to Gate 1, one hour before, during halftime, and one hour after each game. Accessible parking is also available at the Maryland Avenue Parking Garage. Tiger Scholarship Fund Donor Accessible parking is available in Lots A & J.
All address changes must be submitted in writing to the Mizzou Ticket Office and can be sent via mail or fax. The University of Missouri will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address.
Kegs, beer balls or bulk quantities of alcohol are not permitted in any vehicle, or in any of the parking lots surrounding Memorial Stadium. University regulations and state statutes on drug and alcohol consumption will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply can lead to confiscation of alcohol and fines.
No pets of any kind are allowed in the facilities, with the exception of animals used by disabled guests.
An ATM machine is located outside the stadium on the West side near Gate 3.
Items that can be held by one individual, maximum 2'x3', reflect good sportsmanship, do not contain vulgar, derogatory or suggestive language and do not block the view of other ticketed patrons may be permitted. No signs, flags or banners of any size may not be affixed to the facility or any pole or stick. The Department of Athletics reserves the right to remove these items not meeting those specifications.
Point-and-Shoot cameras are permitted inside the stadium. Video cameras are prohibited inside the stadium.
For $5 per game, enjoy all of the comfort and convenience of a chairback. Chairbacks are thick, cushioned, back supporting seats that are permanently installed at your seating location for the season. To order or report any problems, please see the athletic department representatives at the Guest Services Booths. Or you may call the MU ticket office at 573-884-PAWS or 1-800-CAT-PAWS to place your orders during. Temporary seat cushion rentals are available on the East and West Concourses if you wish to purchase a seat cushion on a game-by-game basis.
Are available on the North, East, West, and South Concourses. Stands include a variety of menus and are titled Stadium Diner, Sideline Grill, End Zone Grill, Taste of Missouri, and Tiger Treats. In addition, there are vendors located on the main concourse.
Courtesy Shuttle service is available from the South field level to the East and West Gates. This service will operate one and a half hours before, during halftime, and one hour after the game.
Accessible shuttle service will operate between the Hearnes Center Accessible parking area (East side) and Gate1, one and half hours before, during halftime, and one hour after the game.

In case of evacuation instructions will be given over the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist directing fans to the appropriate location.
Guests will leave the facilities via the gates in which you entered. No guests are permitted on the field.
The emergency first aid station is located on the West Concourse below the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box, Gate 4W. Paramedics are also located throughout the stadium on foot. Please contact the nearest Guest Services Booth, security officer, or usher for assistance.
Gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. Reserved seat ticket holders may enter at any gate although it is desirable that guests enter at a gate near their seat location. Family Fun Pass ticket holders should enter at Gates 6E or 6W. Student ticket holders should enter at Gates 3E, 4E or 5E. Tiger Lounge and Suite ticket holders may enter at the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box, Gate 4W.
General admission tickets for home games at Faurot Field are grass hill seating/standing room only on the north end of Memorial Stadium. General admission tickets are available for sale to the public on game day only. If reserved seats are sold out in advance of game day general admission tickets will be sold prior to game day. The University of Missouri Athletic Department reserves the right to sell general admission tickets prior to game day even if reserved seats are not sold out. Please check with the Mizzou Ticket Office as sales for each game vary.
Please contact the guest services booths on the East and West concourses at Memorial Stadium for directions, information, lost items, or to register any concerns.
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
Services are maintained at the Guest Services Booths on the East and West Concourses during the game. Following the game, found items will be delivered to University Police. Please call 573-882-7201 to retrieve your lost item.
Lost or misplaced tickets may be replaced for $10 each. The Mizzou Ticket office will only handle ticket resolutions/disputes with the person whose name appears on the account.

The Tiger Team Store is located on the North Concourse and is open from 9:00AM through the end of the game. Outside access to the store will be changed to inside access at game time. Also, a Nike tent will be set up inside Gate 1 on the North Concourse with the latest MIZZOU Nike merchandise. Additional Missouri apparel, novelty items are available on the East and West Concourses.
Lots in the immediate area of Memorial Stadium, Mizzou Arena, and the Hearnes Center are reserved for Tiger Scholarship Fund donors. Public parking is located on most streets, surface lots, and garages throughout campus. Prices vary for these lots. Parking is restricted at residence halls and on the University Hospital lots.
Game Day programs are available at the North, East, and West Concourses. The cost is $5.00.
Public Pay telephones are located on the East and West Concourses. TTY's are available at both locations.
No outside food or drinks are allowed except for medical purposes. Approval for medical exceptions must be obtained at the Memorial Stadium First Aid Station located on the West Side near Gate 3W.

Small purses, fanny packs, diaper bags, camera/binocular cases and small bags are subject to be inspected prior to entry. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner's car or discarded. The University of Missouri will not be responsible for any items left at the gate entrances.
Network broadcasts for all Tiger football games will begin 60 minutes prior to kickoff with the "Voice of the Tigers," Mike Kelly and "Mr. MIZZOU," John Kadlec. The game can be heard inside Memorial Stadium on KFRU-AM 1400 or KBXR-FM 102.3.
Pass-outs or stamps are available from all gate attendants during pre-game and halftime. During the game, fans can go to Gate 1 on the North side of the stadium for pass-out stamps. On the East side, fans will need to go to Gates 2E and 6E for pass-out stamps and fans on the West side will need to go to Gates 2W and 6W to receive pass-out stamps. Both a valid ticket stub and pass-out stamp are required for re-admission.
All tickets ordered from the University of Missouri are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Temporary restrooms are provided in designated parking areas. Stadium restrooms that open to both the concourse and parking areas will be switched from outside access to inside access one hour prior to game time. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms except inside gate 6E and 6W.
Smoking is not permitted in Memorial Stadium. For everyone's comfort, you must leave the stadium through the specified pass-out gates. You must obtain a hand stamp and have a valid ticket stub for re-entry.
Throwing of items will not be tolerated. The offender will be removed from the stadium and is subject to arrest. Guests ejected from the stadium/venue will not be refunded for their tickets, and may result in cancellation of tickets. A police officer does not have to see the activity to have the individual removed from Memorial Stadium.
Gates to Memorial Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. All persons attending must have a ticket (as a courtesy, children age two and under are admitted at no charge, provided they do not take up a seat). Reserved ticket locations are identified by a single letter (West Side), double letter (East Side), or section number (South End zone). All tickets except Family Fun Pass and hill tickets are for reserved seating. The Family Fun Pass seating area is in sections 13-18. General Admission ticket seating is on the grass hill overlooking the North End Zone. Handling Fees: $15 for season tickets. $8 for home single game tickets.

On Football game days the ticket office at the North End/Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium will be open at least 3 hours prior to kickoff and close at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, and the ticket office at Mizzou Arena will be open at least 3 hours prior to kickoff and close at kickoff. Please check with the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office to confirm hours of operation on football game days as game times may vary.
On football game days all will call or ticket pickup will be located at the ticket office at the North End/Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. Hours may be extended for special events during the week or on weekends.
Season tickets are ONLY TRANSFERABLE TO A SURVIVING SPOUSE. Tickets may not be transferred to children or other relatives. In addition, only the names of spouses may appear on the account for tickets. Other names will not be permissible.
All orders placed within 6 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. (For example, tickets ordered on or after Friday, September 2 for a football game on Saturday, September 10, are placed in WILL CALL.) To pick up tickets at WILL CALL all customers must show a valid photo ID. The person ordering the tickets MUST be the person picking up the tickets. Any alterations to this policy must be arranged with the University of Missouri Ticket Office in advance of the event. The ticket office and WILL CALL window will close at the end of halftime.
