Strength & Conditioning Athletes of the Year

The Mizzou Strength & Conditioning Athlete of the year award will be given on a team by team basis to the athlete that has displayed excellence in every category in the acronym F.I.E.L.D.

The acronym F.I.E.L.D. stands for:
F = Focus
I = Intensity
E = Enthusiasm
L = Leadership
D = Dedication

All athletes receive a personalized Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year Award plaque.
