COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou volleyball opens training camp in about two weeks and with six freshmen on the 2013 roster, fans will see plenty of new faces this season. Mizzou Network caught up with the six newcomers this summer and will introduce them over the next two weeks.

First up is freshman utility player Carly Kan (pronounced CON) who joins Mizzou after growing up in Honolulu, Hawaii. Kan was named a First Team High School All-American by both PrepVolleyball.com and Volleyball Magazine. She was also a PrepVolleyball.com Defensive Dandy and was the Hawaii State Tournament MVP in 2012 while guiding her team to an 18-1 record and a Division I State Championship.
