Michelle Moran completed her first year as a student assistant and assisted with the heptathletes.
Moran was an All-American and Big 12 champion in the heptathlon at MU. In 2000, she was an Olympic Trials qualifier and the recipient of the Natasha Kaiser-Brown award as the outstanding female track athlete at Mizzou.
She will continue to train with the team and will participate in open competitions. Moran graduated with honors in May with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.
