Outlook: Went 2-1 in the first weekend of her college career at a competitive UNLV invite, defeating one of UNLV's top players along the way. Won four straight matches at the Jayhawk Invitational in October (defeating teammate Kristen Bleakley in a three set final) to claim the A Bracket title. Paired with Bleakley in doubles at Jayhawk Invite to win the A bracket over UMKC.
"Andrea is developing into a very steady player. Her serve has improved drastically since she's gotten here, and she's clearly had success on court. Having had such tremendous success in cross-country, she has a determination and never-die mentality that is evident when she competes," said Missouri Head Cocah Blake Starkey. "She is a smart competitor, and just keeps going and going. She has a lot of fight and doesn't back down. We're looking forward to watching her the next several years."
