HIGH SCHOOL - Swam for coach Paul Krick... took All-Conference and All-Sectional honors all four years of high school... was also All-State for three years, and All-American as a junior and senior... Junior National Qualifier from 2008-10... accomplished student who lettered in academics and was a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL - Alexis Spivak is the daughter of Shari and Joe Spivak... majoring in Journalism... chose Mizzou for its excellent Journalism program as well as the swimming program... lists older sister Courtney as a role model... chose Missouri over the University of Connecticut, University of Michigan, and Arizona State.

How has the program at Mizzou made you a better swimmer?
Mizzou has made me a better swimmer because the coaches here all care about each and every one of us. In addition to the coaches caring so much, the team as a whole cares about one another, and with an atmosphere like that it's almost impossible not to succeed.
What is your best memory with the team?
Probably bus trips to away meets!
