2009-10 (FRESHMAN) - Set personal bests for the 50 back (28.56) and 200 back (2:10.45) against Texas... competed in the 100 fly (1:04.01) and 400 IM (4:38.10) at the Shamrock Invitational... Set personal best times in the 50 breast (30.52), 100 breast (1:05.09), 200 breast (2:21.41), 50 fly (27.83), and 200 IM (2:07.71) at her first Big 12 Championships...
HIGH SCHOOL - Qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials in the 100 breast... was a senior national qualifier in the 100 breast, 200 breast, and 200 IM... Missouri State Champion in the 100 breast and 200 IM... earned All-American honors all four years... swam for Mary Liston of Rockford Swim Club.
PERSONAL - Amanda Masters is the daughter of Frank and Grace Masters... has one brother, David (16), and one sister, Mary Grace (13)... father played minor league baseball in the Oakland Athletics organization... mother played basketball at UM-Saint Louis... majoring in Business and Advertising... cousin is actor and Missouri alum Jon Hamm... chose Missouri over the University of Minnesota and University of Kentucky, among others.
