2001-02 (Sophomore): Competed in three individual events (50 free, 100 & 200 back)...set career bests in all three events at the Big 12's...placed fifth in the 100 back at the Illinois Invite...placed sixth in the 200 back and seventh in the 100 back at the Pittsburgh Invite...Academic All-Big 12.

2000-01 (Freshman): Placed 14th in both the 100 and 200 back at the Big 12 Championships...placed seventh in the 100 back and eighth in the 200 back at the Arkansas Invite...recorded eight top-five finishes in dual meet events.

High School: Attended Ronald Regan High School...captain of the girl's Class 5A Texas state UIL champions...member of the 400 freestyle relay state champs...three-time all-state pick in the 100 backstroke...graduated Magna Cum Laude and as a Distinguished Graduate...member of the National Honor Society as well as the French Honors Society.
