Columbia, Mo. - Missouri softball Head Coach Ehren Earleywine announced the dates of two pitching clinics offered June 17-19 by nationally renowned pitching coach Doug Gillis. Each clinic is $120 and interested individuals need to register early as no walk ups will be accepted. Both sessions will be held at University Field located on the University of Missouri campus across from A.L. Gustin Golf Course.
Session I, is a two hour clinic offered June 17-19 from 10 a.m.-Noon, is limited to the first 20 pitchers that sign up. Session II is a one hour clinic limited to five pitchers per hour with opportunities available at 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. (CT).
Pitchers must provide their own catcher for both sessions offered as a major portion of the clinic will involve actual live pitching and filming. Any youth catchers planning to attend the clinics must bring their own equipment and younger pitchers using a youth ball should bring it to the clinic as well.
Sign-in for both sessions begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the clinic. Anyone signing up after the clinic(s) have been filled will be added to the waiting list.

Gillis, a five-time member of Team USA, helped his squad to a silver medal at the 2003 Pan American Games and gold medal at the 2002 Pan American Championships. Gillis is the lead pitching instructor for the International Softball Congress and is a two-time member of the ASA Major National Championships team in 1987 and 1995.
