COLUMBIA, Mo. - The series finale between the No. 5 Mizzou softball team and seventh-ranked Texas A&M scheduled for Sunday has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the Mizzou Department of Athletics has announced. The Tigers and Aggies split the two previous games of the series on Friday and Saturday at University Field.

In earlier action, sophomore 1B Kelsea Roth (Yorba Linda, Calif.) hit a walk-off two-run home run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to win Friday's game, 2-0. The Aggies took control late in Saturday's contest for an 11-3 result. Roth homered again in the setback, as well as junior utility player Mackenzie Sykes (Blue Springs, Mo.).

Mizzou (10-2) is back in action at University Field for a doubleheader against Evansville on Wednesday, March 13. The games are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. with coverage for subscribers on the Mizzou Network. Live stats will be available at MUTigers.com. KTGR (100.5 FM, 103.1 FM & 1580 AM) will broadcast the initial game of the doubleheader.

Fans are encouraged to check MUTigers.com and the softball team's social media outlets, @MizzouSoftball and Facebook, for updates and information throughout the season.
