She tied for third overall in the SEC in hits (71) while legging out five triples, tied for most in the conference and 14th-most in the entire NCAA. She also appeared in 57 games and reached base safely in 52 of them, which included a string of 16-consecutive games running from Feb. 10 to March 2. She started her collegiate career with eight hits in her first nine at bats, including a pair of 3-for-3 performances. Fagan hit safely in seven straight games from Feb. 12-23, recording five multi-hit games during that span. In the series finale with South Carolina, Fagan went 2-for-3 with a double, triple, walk, an RBI and three runs scored. She hit her first career home run at Florida State on April 4, giving her a career-best three RBI. She drove in two RBI in four consecutive games ranging from April 15-21, batting 7-for-13 during the stretch. Fagan finished the season on a 10 game hitting streak, which included a 4-for-4 performance against Tennessee in the SEC Tournament. In SEC play, Fagan hit .295 with 190 runs, four doubles, two triples and 11 RBI. When bunting, Fagan hit an incredible .643, recording 18 bunt singles in 28 at bats. She averaged more hits per game (1.25) than anyone on the Florida team and was second on the Florida squad with 23 multi-hit games on the season. Honors: Freshman All-SEC Team, SEC All-Tournament Team, Two-time SEC Freshman of the Week (Feb. 13, April 9)
