Two Mizzou Soccer Games to be Televised in 2013

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Mizzou soccer team will appear on television twice during the 2013 season, as announced by the Southeastern Conference on Aug. 14.

Missouri's home contest against the Florida Gators on Sunday, Sept. 29 will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU at 1 p.m. CT. The game will also be streamed live on WatchESPN. This marks the sixth consecutive season the Tigers will appear on ESPNU. Last season, Mizzou defeated South Carolina 1-0 and fell to No. 13 Texas A&M in overtime, 2-1.

Additionally, the Tigers' game at Vanderbilt on Friday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. CT. will be televised live on FOX Sports. Originally slated for 6 p.m. CT, the game time has been moved to accommodate TV. The FOX broadcast will be made available on ESPN3 and WatchESPN but are subject to territory blackouts.

The 2013 SEC Tournament final will also air on ESPNU. The championship match will take place on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m. The Tournament, which begins Nov. 4, will be played at the Orange Beach Soccer Complex in Orange Beach, Ala.
