Ranks the Missouri program at No. 9

July 18, 2011 announced its Top 10 recruiting classes, putting Missouri at No. 9. This is a program second under head coach Bryan Blitz, who started the program in 1996. The Big 12 leads the rankings with three schools in the Top 10.

“I have a great feeling that this incoming class, which my staff worked so hard to recruit, will have an impact next year,” Blitz said. “These rankings also make a statement about the athletic and academic prowess at Mizzou.” is not the only website to think highly of the 2011 class with ranking the 2011 Missouri class as one of their classes to watch.

“While the rankings are nice,” Blitz said, “we have to work hard and compete every day to reach our goals.”
