COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Missouri soccer team recorded a 3-0 victory over the Northern Arizona Friday night at Walton Stadium. The win, Mizzou's fourth in a row, improved the Tigers' record to 4-1-0, while the Lumberjacks fell to 0-5-0.

Missouri's defense recorded its second shutout of the season. Freshmen goalkeepers McKenzie Sauerwein and Caroline Stanley each played one half in goal but were rarely tested as the Tiger back line of senior Mallory Stipetich and juniors Allison Hu and Jessica Greer forced the Lumberjacks to zero shots on goal.

Sophomore Dominique Richardson (seventh minute), freshman Taylor Grant (27th minute) and sophomore Brooke Williams (73rd minute) all recorded goals for Mizzou during the game. Richardson scored for the third contest in a row and now has a team-leading three tallies on the year. It was Grant's second goal of the season, while Williams notched her first career goal as a Tiger.

The win concludes a four-game homestand where the Tigers were undefeated, including a victory over then-No. 7 Ohio State.

Mizzou next travels to Fort Worth, Texas, on Sunday, Sept. 4 to face TCU at 1 p.m.
