Sophomore (2007): Zaler red-shirted the 2007 season after transferring from the University of Oregon.
Freshman (2006 at Oregon): Started five games in net for the Ducks in 2006 and posted a 4-1 record ... was named the Pac-10 Conference Player of the Week on Sept. 19 after notching shutouts over Gonzaga and Eastern Washington to become only the second freshman in Oregon history to earn the award.
Prep: Led Pinnacle High School to three straight state championship games. As a senior in 2005, was a first team all-state and all-region selection. The team captain and defensive MVP also earned Northeast Arizona player of the year honors. Recorded an Arizona state record 17 shutouts in 2004. Second team all-state and first team all-region selection. 2003-04 scholar-athlete of the year. Club team, Sereno 88 White, won six straight state championships and was a national finalist in 2003. Club team also won 2004 and 2005 Surf Cup championship. Was named goalkeeper MVP of the 2004 Surf Cup. A National Honors Society member, and also a member of the Society of Women's Scholars.
