Mizzou Gymnastics paid a visit to Venture Out last month to take part in a few teambuilding activities. One of the team's favorites was the high ropes course, also known as the Alpine Tower!
2011-12: Was a solid competitor on the balance beam for the Tigers, competing in all but two meets during the season...Recorded a season-high 9.800 at Southern Utah, contributing to Missouri's second win of the season...Put up a 9.775 against Oklahoma, helping the Tigers earn a season-high 196.375.
Freshman (2011) Set new career-highs on beam, vault and floor against Oklahoma...Exhibitioned on beam against Nebraska for the first time in her career...Again improved her career-high on vault against Southern Utah and at the Missouri Quad Meet...Received Scholastic All-America honors from the NACGC/W.
Prep: Trained at Cypress Academy of Gymnastics in Crypress, Texas under the direction of Marina Vernaya, Terry Walker and Tamara Walker...Attended Langham Creek High School...Level 10 J.O. National Qualifier in 2004...Placed third on vault at the 2008 Level 10 Regional...Qualified for the Level 10 N.I.T. in 2009 and earned third place recognition on floor...Earned third place honors on vault at the 2008 Level 10 Regional...Personal bests include 9.725 on vault, 9.325 on bars, 9.55 on beam and 9.625 on floor...Chose Missouri over North Carolina State, LSU, Washington, Maryland and Auburn.
