Missouri senior Julia Potter claimed runner-up honors at this week's Indiana State Amateur at Otter Creek Golf Club in Columbus, Ind. After an opening round 73, Potter shot back-to-back rounds of 74 to finish with a five-over-par 221 total. Potter was the two-time defending champion of the Indiana State Amateur.
Fellow Tigers Michelle Morgan finished in a tie for seventh place with a three-round total of 227. She opened with a 75 in the first round, followed by two rounds of 76.
Brittany Kelly won the tournament with an even-par score of 216.
Former Tiger Tobi Probst Herron finished third with a six-over-par score of 222.
