Butler Receives Unsung Hero Award

Given out by the Mizzou Student Union Programming Board

FALL 2012:
Butler participated in all five of Missouri's fall tournaments. She saw her first action and had her best finish as a Tiger at the Chip-N Club Invitational. She finished 3rd overall after posting a 54-hole score of 222. Her lowest score of the season came at the Hoosier Fall Invitational where she posted a 54-hole score of 234.

SPRING 2012:
Was forced to sit out spring season due to a lingering wrist injury.
FALL 2011:
Suffered a wrist injury that forced her to sit out of the fall season...Expected to return in the spring season.

High School:
The highest ranked incoming player in school history, ranked No. 42 nationally by Golfweek and the ninth-ranked player in the class of 2011 ... Enjoyed a scoring average of 74.44 in American Junior Golf Association play, including a three-round 218 to finish second at the AJGA Junior at Steelwood Presented by AT&T in early June ... Shot an opening round 68 to take the lead, including a remarkable 31 on the front-nine ... Ranked among the Top 60 nationally in the Polo Golf rankings ... Finished among the Top 30 at the Florida State Championships on three occasions, including a seventh place finish in 2008 and an 11th place showing in 2007 ... Won her high school district event in 2007 as well ... Was an AJGA Rolex Junior Championship qualifier and owns eight career Top 10 placings in AJGA tournaments.
