Kulas and Eye Earn Preseason Recognition

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Senior Tiger Bri Kulas (Shawnee Mission, Kan.), and junior Morgan Eye (Montrose, Mo.) have been named to the 2013-14 College Sports Madness SEC Preseason All-Conference teams, as announced on Wednesday (Oct. 16). Kulas earned Second Team honors while Eye earned Third Team recognition.

A Second Team All-SEC honoree last season, Kulas finished the year as the Tigers' leading scorer averaging 13.8 points per game. She appeared in each of the Tigers' 32 games last season, averaging 30 minutes played per game. She racked up a team-leading five double-doubles last season, putting up double figure scoring numbers in 18 total contests.

Eye was named SEC Co-6th Woman of the Year following the 2012-13 season after putting up a school and conference-record 112 three-pointers. She averaged 3.5 threes per game last season to finish the year as the NCAA's National Statistical Champion for Three-Pointers Made. Eye also broke the Mizzou single-game record twice as she knocked down eight threes against UT Martin and then hit 11 three-pointers in the Tigers' SEC home opener against Auburn.
