WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING WITH MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL?

I love the people I get to work with the most. Everyone in the program is treated like family so it makes my job very easy and gets me excited to come to work everyday. I also love seeing how hard everyone works everyday and being able to see the results on the court.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL MEMORY?

I loved getting to travel with the team for the first time; it was a fun weekend and my first experience flying.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT SUPPORTING MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL, HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

When I wasn’t supporting the team I enjoyed hanging out and getting close with my fellow managers who grew to be some of my best friends. Also in my free time I trained and competed in my first half marathon and am now training for my first full marathon this fall.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT SEASON?

Next season I am really looking forward to see how much our veteran players have worked over the summer as well as getting to know our incoming freshman. I think we’re going to have an amazing season and I can’t wait to get started.

WHAT ARE YOUR WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAMEDAY RESPONSIBILITIES?

On gameday, I am responsible for helping with pregame warmup, preparing the DVD burner for game film, checking to make sure the locker room is organized and has everything coaches and players need, checking to make sure the camera men have memory cards, folding and handing back warm up jerseys, setting up pregame meal, helping with pregame shoot around, making sure the referees and visiting team have everything they need/want, clearing out the referees and visiting teams locker rooms, and running copies of the game film to the referees and visiting team.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING WITH MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL?

I enjoy the family aspect of the program. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome and so comfortable. From the coaches to the players and everyone that works the arena, I always felt like I had someone to talk to and that I had people who cared about me. Mizzou Women’s Basketball is truly my second family!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL MEMORY?

My favorite memory would be my first trip with the team on the road. I loved going to Auburn, rooming with Jenny, spending time with Coach Meg, going on a longer than expected run around the campus, and of course the win just topped it all off! I will never forget that weekend because it was one of the best weekends of my freshmen year.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT SUPPORTING MIZZOU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL, HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

In my free time, I get more involved in my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. I also hang out with friends from my dorm and my sorority and we enjoy going hiking, fishing, walking downtown, or simply watching a movie with popcorn. I enjoy working out and of course I study for all my classes.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT SEASON?

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better and hopefully traveling with the team more!
