San Antonio, Texas - Former Tiger standout and San Antonio native, Christine Flores has signed with the San Antonio Silver Stars as announced today by the program's head coach and general manager Dan Hughes.

Flores finished her career at Mizzou as the program's all-time blocks leader. She accumulated 209 blocks in her career, also setting the single game (10) and single season (93) records at Mizzou. She also racked up 1,312 points in her collegiate career, ranking 15th all-time at Missouri. She was an All-Big 12 Second Team selection during her time here, and finished her senior season ranked second in the Big 12 with 16.9 points per game and 3.0 blocks per game.

Following her career as a Tiger, Flores was selected by the Phoenix Mercury in the third round of the 2012 WNBA Draft. She continued her professional career overseas, playing with Israel's Galil Elion. While in Israel, Flores averaged 16.5 points, 10.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.3 blocks and 1.5 steals per game.
