NCAA Announces Ticket Sales for 2015 NCAA Championships in St. Louis

March 19, 2014

INDIANAPOLIS - In early December, the NCAA announced that the 2015 and 2017 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships would be co-hosted by the St. Louis Sports Commission and the University of Missouri. The NCAA announced Wednesday afternoon that tickets for next year's Championships will go on sale beginning this Thursday. The 2015 Championships are set for March 19-21, 2015 at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., with the Fan Fest at St. Louis Union Station.

The NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships have had four consecutive sell outs: 2010 in Omaha, Neb., 2011 in Philadelphia, 2012 in St. Louis and 2013 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Six NCAA Wrestling Championships have been held in the Scottrade Center since 2000, including 2012 where the event brought in an attendance of 109,450, an all-time attendance high that still stands today. In fact, St. Louis owns four of the top-5 attendance numbers in NCAA Wrestling Championship history. The committee chose St. Louis because of the city's proven ability to host the tournament and the site's popularity among coaches and student-athletes.

Tickets for the 2015 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships will go on sale Thursday, March 20 at 11 a.m. CT. Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively online at For the first time, hospitality and exchange packages will also be available when tickets go on sale.

News of the 2015 NCAA Wrestling Championship ticket sales comes on the eve of the 2014 NCAAs. The 2014 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships begin at 11 a.m. CT March 20th and will run through March 22nd at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Okla.
