Mizzou will host the annual wrestle-offs at 9 a.m. on Oct. 30

2010-11: Guerrant wrestled in two tournaments during the season, picking up a win in each of them. At the Lindenwood Open in October, Guerrant pinned Waldorf's Gabe Vasquez in 2:37. He scored another victory at the UCM Open, defeating teammate Ty Prazma by a 7-1 decision.

2009-10:
Guerrant was sidelined by injury in 2009-10.

2008-09:
A walk-on wrestler, Guerrant competed in only one tournament, the Lindenwood Open, Nov. 1, before being sidelined by injury.

High School:
Coached by Eric Hudson at Fulton High School, Guerrant finished fifth in the 160 pound weight class at the Missouri State Championships his senior season (2008). As a junior, Guerrant wrestled at 152 pounds and was an honorable mention at the State Championships. Guerrant earned four high school letters in wrestling as well as being voted MVP of his team multiple times. In addition to competing on the Hornet wrestling team, Guerrant was also a member of the football program.

Jacob was born Aug. 5, 1988, to Tim and Marcia Guerrant in Fulton, Mo. Guerrant has one sister, Jessica (19) and is majoring in biology.
