Cody Johnston, Johnny Eblen, and Devin Mellon all won titles Sunday at the University of Central Missouri.
High School: Hummer captured three individual state championships in his four years with the Savannah Savages. After finishing fourth his first year at 103 pounds, Hummer went on to place first in his last three seasons, winning at 103 pounds, 119 pounds and 120 pounds. He was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the High Honor Roll.
Personal:Cody is the son of Kevin and Angie Hummer and was born on May 18, 1994 in St. Joseph, Mo. Both parents attended Northwest Missouri University. Cody has three younger siblings - Seth, Michael and Gabriel. He is planning on majoring in business.
