2011-12: As a sophomore, Bradley qualified for his second career NCAA Championship and finished second at 149 pounds at the Big 12 Championship. He completed the year with a 25-13 record, the third-most wins amongst starters and was just one of three Tigers to compete in every dual during the regular season. After dropping his first three bouts of the year, all against top-15 ranked wrestlers, Bradley went on a 12-match winning streak, which included five wins by fall and three major decisions. He picked up a 2-0 decision in sudden victory over No. 11 Nick Lester of Oklahoma on Feb. 5, and knocked off No. 6 Eric Grajales of Michigan at the NWCA National Duals on Feb. 11, winning 5-3 in the second sudden victory. At Big 12's, Bradley again defeated Lester, this time by a 2-0 decision in regulation to move to the finals. He lost his first match at the NCAA Championship but came back to win three straight in the wrestlebacks before being eliminated by Steve Santos of Columbia by a 5-4 decision. Bradley went 11-8 in duals with 43 dual points. After the season, Bradley won the Wilma Rudolph Award, given to athletes who overcome great personal, academic and/or emotional odds to achieve academic success.

2010-11:
In his first year as a starter, Bradley posted a second place finish at 149 pounds at the Big 12 Championships and qualified for the NCAA Championships. He finished with 11 wins in dual action, including four straight victories during the first half of the season, two of those coming at the Northeast Duals. He scored wins in his first two matches at the Midlands, defeating Chris Oster of Chicago by an 18-4 major decision and Oklahoma's Nick Lester, 5-4. He won two more times at the NWCA National Duals in Iowa, opening up the weekend with a 9-0 major over Brett Robbins of Northern Iowa before securing an 8-3 win against Central Michigan's Donnie Corby later that evening. He scored an 8-6 sudden victory over Ross Grande of Nebraska in the team's first conference dual of the year, and closed out the regular season with a 6-2 decision against Nate Carr of Iowa State. He won his first match at the Big 12 Championships by a 2-0 decision over Lester before falling to Oklahoma State's Jamal Parks in the finals. Bradley finished 1-2 at the NCAA Championships, dropping a heartbreaker to Indiana's Kurt Kinser, falling 4-2 in overtime. He bounced back with a 3-2 win against Brian Stephens of Virginia Tech before being eliminated with a loss in his next match. Bradley finished the year with 15 wins.

2009-10:
Kicked off his redshirt season with a runner-up finish at 141 pounds at the University of Central Missouri Open. Defeated his first opponent of the meet by fall, pinning him in just 0:37, and followed that up with a 12-6 decision. After defeating Central Missouri's Cody Gillenwater by a 12-2 major decision, he met teammate Cody Farinella in the semifinals, where Bradley won by a 7-5 score in sudden victory to advance to the finals. In the final match he met up with another teammate, Todd Schavrien, who knocked off Bradley by a 9-4 decision. Later in the month, Bradley took fourth place at the Missouri Open after picking up three victories. He won his first match of the event by a 10-0 major decision, and followed that up with a 4-2 win over Cal Poly's Filip Novachkov. After falling 6-4 to Kendric Maple of Oklahoma, Bradley was matched up against Farinella again, where he again pulled out the victory, this time winning by a 5-1 final.

High School:
A member of the Francis Howell Central wrestling squad, Bradley finished second at the Missouri State Championships his freshman season (2005-06) while wrestling in the 103-pound weight class. During his remaining three years under Head Coach Steve Cross, Bradley finished third while competing at 119 pounds (2006-07), 130 pounds (2007-08) and 140 pounds (2008-09). In each of his four years, Bradley managed at least 46 wins, collecting 51 his senior year. Altogether, the Spartan grappler notched a 191-9 record, losing only one match his senior season. A four-year letter winner, four-time conference champion, four-time academic all-conference selection and a 2007 St. Louis Post Dispatch Athlete of the Week, Bradley finished his high school career with a third place finish at senior nationals in 2009. He also was a two-time double All-American with an eighth place finish in Freestyle and fourth place finish in Greco during the 2008 Junior Nationals and a third place finish in Freestyle and fifth place finish in Greco competing in the 2007 Cadet Nationals in Fargo, N.D., Bradley was a member of the Francis Howell Central honor roll and was a member of the freshman football squad.

Kyle Bradley is the son of Randy and Annette Bradley. Born April 1, 1991, in Springfield, Mo., Bradley has one sister, Bethany (21) and plans to go into the health profession.
