AS A SENIOR:
Indoor: All-Big 12 in the 5000m (14:36.37) with a fifth place finish at the conference meet. Cross Country: Won the Missouri Challenge with a time of 24:59.19 and finished third at the Lakefront Invitational. Was a top 20 finisher at the Midwest Regional, a top 30 finisher at the Big 12 Championships and competed at the NCAA Championships.
AS A JUNIOR:
Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the steeplechase and the 5000m ... first place finish in the steeplechase at the Florida Relays (8:59.23) ...qualified provisionally for the steeple at the Cardinal Qualifier with a time of 8:53.35. Indoor: Finished third at the Missouri Invitational in the 3000m (8:33.50) ... competed in both the 3000m and 5000m at the Big 12 Championships. Cross Country: Named All-Big 12 after an 11th place showing (25:08) that qualified him for the Midwest Regional in which he finished eighth (31:06) ... also named to the All-Midwest Region team.
AS A SOPHOMORE:
Outdoor: Garnered second consecutive all-conference honor in steeplechase placing fifth. Indoor: Was third in the mile at the Missouri Invitational (4:19.73)... second place finisher in the 3000m at the MU-KSU-KU Triangular (8:29.47). Cross Country: Emerged as one of Mizzou’s top runners during season ... won Missouri Naya Cross Country Challenge ... ran to victory at South Florida Invite ... one of Tigers five NCAA runners.
AS A FRESHMAN:
Outdoor: Earned career-best and first All-Big 12 honor in 3000m steeplechase ... at 1998 USA junior national championships placed fifth in steeplechase ... won steeplechase at Missouri Invite after finishing in the runner-up position at All Sport Relays. Indoor: At first-ever Tiger track meet ran to victory in mile ... competed in 3000m run at conference. Cross Country: Gained valuable collegiate experience competing in four races highlighted by 10th place finish in Tiger debut at Missouri Invite.
