Tigers Set for NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships

INDIANAPOLIS - The Mizzou men's swimming and diving team will begin action at the 2013 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships Thursday, March 28 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis. The competition, hosted by IUPUI and the Indiana Sports Commission, will run Thursday though Saturday.

Preliminary action starts at 11 a.m. ET every day, while finals sessions begin at 7 p.m. ET. Friday and Saturday's finals sessions will be streamed live on ESPN3.com.

Live stats will be available on NCAA.com.

Missouri has 12 athletes at the championships, six individual swimming qualifiers, two diving qualifiers and four relay alternates. In the pool, senior Jowan Qupty, juniors Mark Conroy and Logan Mosley and sophomores Mack Darragh, Igor Kozlovskij and Sam Tierney all earned individual invites, while senior Joe Hladik, sophomores Eegan Groome and freshman Max Grodecki head to the Championships to compete on Tiger relay teams. Mizzou's two diving qualifiers are junior David Bonuchi and freshman Clark Thomas.
