Tigers Conclude Day Two at Tennessee Diving Invitational

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Mizzou freshman Clark Thomas posted a seventh-place finish in the 3-meter dive to highlight day two action Friday at the Tennessee Diving Invitational in Knoxville, Tenn.

Thomas, who hails from Olathe, Kan., recorded a score of 338.85 to take seventh during the finals session Friday afternoon. The freshman bettered both his finish and score from the morning preliminaries, when he placed 11th with a tally of 321.10.

Junior David Bonuchi and freshman Michael Barry also competed in the 3-meter on Friday. Bonuchi scored 306.75 points for 17th-place in prelims, while Barry had a score of 187.50.

Mizzou concludes competition at the Tennessee Diving Invite on Saturday, Jan. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
