2013-14 (Senior)

  • Concluded his collegiate career as the most decorated Tiger in program history, earning 10 All-America first team honors in 12 chances
  • Closed out his career with two first team All-America honors as a senior
  • Posted finishes of fourth on both 1-meter and platform at the 2014 NCAA Championships
  • Qualified for his fourth NCAA Championships appearance with a second-place finish on 3-meter at the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships ... Named to the All-SEC second team
  • Posted finishes of third (3-meter), fourth (platform) and fifth (1-meter) and the 2014 SEC Championships ... Twice named the SEC Male Diver of the Week
  • Had season best scores of 405.95 on 1-meter, 433.65 on 3-meter and 444.15 on platform
  • Named to the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2012-13 (Junior)

  • Earned three All-America first team honors in 2012-13 to make him an eight-time All-American
  • Named the SEC Male Diver of the Year
  • At the NCAA Championships earned finishes of third (1-meter), seventh (platform) and eighth (3-meter)
  • Won both the 1-meter and 3-meter at the NCAA Zone D Championships to claim his third NCAA Championships berth
  • Swept the springboard events at the SEC Championships with wins on the 1-meter and 3-meter
  • His 1-meter win marked Mizzou's first-ever SEC title
  • Also placed second on the platform at SECs
  • Won the Commissioner's Trophy at the SEC Championships as the top men's point producer (91.5)
  • Claimed top honors on the 1-meter against Missouri State, Kentucky/SIU, Georgia, Alabama and at the Mizzou Invite and the Tennessee Diving Invite
  • Won the 3-meter against Missouri State, Georgia, Kentucky/SIU and Drury
  • Posted season best scores of 416.15 on the 1-meter, 441.95 on the 3-meter and 424.90 on the platform
  • Named the SEC Diver of the Week twice during the season
  • Named to the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll
  • Made the USA Diving World Championships Team following the season.

2011-12 (Sophomore)

  • Completed the most successful season for a Mizzou diver in program history with three All-America honors at the NCAA Championships
  • Was the national runner-up in the platform with 456.00 points
  • Also finished fourth on the 3-meter (434.50) and sixth on the 1-meter (376.35) at the National Championships
  • Claimed the first Big 12 diving title in Mizzou men's history as he took first-place honors in the 3-meter (443.55) at the Big 12 Championships
  • He also finished second in both the 1-meter and platform events at the Big 12 Championships
  • Earned eight first-place finishes throughout the season
  • Following the season, finished fourth on the platform at the U.S. Olympic Trials.

2010-11 (Freshman)

  • Earned two All-America honors at the 2011 NCAA Championships
  • Placed fourth on the platform (426.95) and eighth in the 3-meter (374.15) at the National Championships
  • Named Big 12 Diver of the Week on Dec. 17
  • Finished first at NCAA Zone Diving in the platform (794.80)
  • Came in second on the platform and fourth in the 3-meter in the Big 12 Championships
  • Posted a fourth-place finish in the 1-meter at the Southwest Plunge
  • Took top honors in the platform and 3-meter at the Mizzou Invite
  • Also finished first in the 3-meter against Minnesota.

High School

  • Dived at Hickman High School for Coach David Boyko
  • Was named High School State Champion in diving for three years
  • Also swam competitively for the Missouri Diving Club under Coach James Sweeney
  • Was a five time Junior National Champion
  • Named the 1 meter Junior Pan American Champion
  • 3-meter and platform Pan American bronze medalist
  • Was a two time Junior World qualifier and finalist
  • Qualified for the 2010 Canada Cup
  • Six-time USA International Team member.


  • David Bonuchi is the son of Jim and Kathy Bonuchi, both of whom are Missouri alumni
  • Health sciences major.
