Mizzou Posts Three Top-Three Finishes at Day Four of SECs

2013-14 (Senior):

  • Concluded his Tiger career ranked third all-time at Mizzou in the 100 breast (53.07) and eighth in the 200 breast (1:59.82)
  • Part of the 200 free relay team that qualified for the NCAA championships and helped them finish 18th with a time of 1:18.37, a time that ranks second all-time at Mizzou
  • Took seventh in the 100 breast at the SEC Championships with a 53.50
  • Part of the 200 free relay team that finished seventh at the SECs and set a school record with a 1:18.20
  • Also on the 200 medley relay team at SECs that set a school record (seventh overall at the meet) with a 1:25.55 time
  • Placed second in the 100 breast at the American Short Course Championships, clocking in at 53.44
  • Won the 100 breast at the Tiger Invite (54.49)
  • Grabbed second in the 100 breast against Texas A&M (56.41)
  • Placed second in the 50 free with a 21.25 at the Show-Me Showdown
  • Took third in the 50 free against Florida with a 21.38

2012-13 (Junior):

  • Qualified for the NCAA Championships and finished 25th in the 100 breast
  • Ranks third all-time at Mizzou in the 100 breast (53.07) and sixth in the 200 breast (1:59.82)
  • Claimed fourth-place honors in the 100 breast at the SEC Championships
  • Won the 100 breast and took ninth in the 50 free at the Show-Me Showdown
  • Took third in the 100 breast and eighth in the 100 free at Georgia
  • Placed third in the 50 free against Drury
  • Finished sixth in the 50 free against Missouri State
  • Earned Scholar-All-America first team honors from the CSCAA
  • Named to the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12 (Sophomore):

  • Finished fourth in the 100 breast (54.75) in the Big 12 Championships
  • Part of the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay teams that took first-place honors at the Mizzou Invite
  • Also finished second in the 100 breast at the Mizzou Invite
  • Placed second in the 100 breast against Missouri State
  • Named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team.

2010-11 (Freshman):

  • Won the 100 breaststroke (26.60), his first career event title, at the Show-Me Showdown
  • Part of the winning 200 free relay squad and finished fourth in the 100 free (47.50) at the Show-Me Showdown
  • Set a Mizzou Invite record in the 100 breast with a time of 54.58
  • Came in third in the 100 breast against Minnesota
  • Part of the 200 medley relay team that set a new program record at the Big 12 Championships.

High School:

  • Was a member of the Great Britain Junior Team
  • European Junior Champion in 50, 100, and 200 breast in 2009
  • Won multiple national medals as a junior
  • Club team National Champions in 2008-10.
