Columbia, Mo. - Former Missouri Tiger Peter Malnati enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the PGA Tour's OHL Classic at Mayakoba as he finished 15th overall and completed the 72-hole tournament 11-under-par.

Played on the par-71, El Camaleon Course in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Malnati fired four consecutive sub-par rounds and finished just two shots outside of the Top 10. Harris English (-21) won the event, just ahead of tour veterans Rory Sabbatini, Justin Leonard, Charles Howell III and Bob Estes.

Malnati, who finished his career at Mizzou in 2009, saved his best round for last, shooting a 6-under-par 65 on the final day to soar up the leaderboard. He opened the day tied for 44th, but moved up 29 places to earn his first Top 15 finish on the Tour.
