Final Results Get Acrobat Reader

Jonesborough, Tenn. - The Missouri Men's Golf team closed out the final round of the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate in Jonesborough, Tenn. today. Junior Jace Long (71-72-71--214) tied for first place in the tournament with NC State's Mark McMillen. Long finished two under par for the weekend after a third round one-under-par performance.

Missouri (296-299-296) placed seventh as a team with a final tally of 891. Kent State (303-288-278--869) took the tournament title with a comeback performance after the second round. Virginia took second followed by Wake Forest and North Carolina State. Memphis and Clemson sit in the fifth and sixth place positions.

Missouri's Emilio Cuartero and Brad Moody both contributed to a tie for 35th in the tournament. Cuartero (77-77-72---226) stepped up in the final round, hitting four birdies to record even par. He closed the tournament 10 over par. Moody finished 10 over as well with a final tally of 75-75-76--226 on the weekend.

Hunter Kraus (76-78-77---231) recorded an eagle and a birdie on the front nine of his final round to score five over par. Ryan Zech (64-75-79--228) shot seven over par in the third round for a final score of twelve over par.
