WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Three Missouri underclassmen turned in the best rounds of the day for the Missouri men's golf team in the rain-shortened Purdue Midwest Shootout. The tournament was cut to 18 holes due to thunderstorms on Saturday.

Freshman Tyler Hillis carded a team-best 74 on Saturday and finished in a tie for 10th place. Freshman William Harrold and sophomore Bud Reynolds followed with rounds of 75, which was good for a tie for 17th place.

Junior Peter Malnati shot a 77 to finish in a tie for 36th place and junior Ryne Fisher tied for 80th place with an 84 in the first tournament of the 2007-08 season.
