COLUMBIA, Mo. - Missouri is in third place after two-rounds of play in the Columbia Orthopaedic Group Mizzou Intercollegiate, hosted by Mizzou at The Club at Old Hawthorne. The Tigers carded a round of 283 in the first round of play on Monday then turned in a 293 in the afternoon 18 holes. The 576 total puts them at even par, four shots behind second-place Nebraska and five back of the leader, Kansas State.

KSU turned in rounds of 287 and 284 to hold the 36-hole lead with a 571 total. Wyoming's Gabe Maier, Kansas State's Joe Ida, Nebraska's Brandon Crick and Kansas State's Curtis Yonke are tied for the individual lead with two-round totals of 140.

Missouri junior William Harrold has a 143 total with rounds of 72 and 71 and is in a tie for eighth place. Sophomore Chris Johnson, who stood in second place after the first round of play, is tied for 13th spot with a two-round score of 144. He shot a four-under-par 68 in the opening round, before carding a 76 in round two.

Redshirt freshman Jace Long and freshman Stuart Ballingall are among a group tied for 15th place with 36-hole score of 145. Freshman Michael Garden has a two-round score of 148 and is in 35th place.

Missouri stood in second place after the first round of play, trailing Nebraska by just one shot.

The final round of the COG Mizzou Intercollegiate will get underway at 8 a.m. on Tuesday at The Club at Old Hawthorne.
