Missouri Finishes Ninth at Western Intercollegiate

The Mizzou men's golf team finished in ninth place at the 62nd Annual Western Intercollegiate in Santa Cruz, Calif. After rounds of 302 and 304 on Wednesday, the Tigers carded a 298 in Thursday's final round to finish with a total of 904.
Freshman William Harrold led the way for the Tigers, finishing in a tie for 10th place in the individual standings with a 54-hole score of 221, which included an opening round 66.
Junior Ryan Fisher placed in a tie for 17th place with a 223 total, while junior Peter Malnati tied for 50th spot and freshman Tyler Hillis finished in a tie fore 57th. Sophomore Bud Reynolds placed 79th.
Up next for Missouri is the First Annual UMB Mizzou Tiger Intercollegiate Classic, hosted by Mizzou at The Club at Old Hawthorne on April 7-8.
