Football Fan Primer - Mizzou vs. Kansas

The University of Missouri will take on the rival Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. Kickoff for the game is set for 11:30 a.m. and the game is being televised live on Fox Sports Net. Here are some news/notes/tips for fans to keep in mind when coming to this weekend's game...


• ARRIVE EARLY - Due to the large crowd that is expected, fans are encouraged to arrive early and make plans to enter the stadium early, so that they don't miss any of the game. Long lines can form outside of the stadium just before kickoff, and with security checks of bags, it can take awhile to get into the stadium. The gates into the stadium will open at 9 a.m. ...
• PARKING INFORMATION -Parking lots will be opened at 6:30 a.m. this Saturday. All Missouri fans arriving to Arrowhead Stadium from the East are asked to park on the East side of Arrowhead Stadium. MU fans should enter through Gates 2, 3 or 4 and park in Lots A, B, C or D. Additional parking information will be provided by several local radio stations in Kansas City on Saturday...
• WEAR BLACK -All fans being encouraged to wear black to Saturday's game...
• ATTEND TIGER WALK - At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, the Mizzou team will arrive via bus at Arrowhead Stadium. They will enter the stadium at the tunnel near Lot E. Fans are encouraged to greet the Tigers as they arrive...
• FRIDAY NIGHT PEP RALLY- The Tiger Club of Kansas City will host a pep rally on Friday night at Kansas City Live in the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City. The festivities get underway at 7 p.m...
• TICKET/WILL CALL LOCATION - The Missouri Will Call Windows will be located in the Mobile Trailers in Lot D on the East side of Arrowhead Stadium...
