The University of Missouri will welcome a sellout crowd of over 68,300 fans to Saturday’s football game against Oklahoma State. Kickoff for the 3rd-ranked Tigers’ game is set for 7:01 p.m. and the game is being televised live on ESPN2.
With tickets being sold out, Tiger fans’ best bet to secure tickets is through the official secondary provider of Mizzou Athletics, Seat Exchange. Visit www.seatexchange.com for details.
Here are some news/notes/tips for fans to keep in mind when coming to this weekend’s game…
- ARRIVE EARLY – Due to the sellout, fans are encouraged to arrive early and make plans to enter the stadium early, so that they don’t miss any of the game. Long lines can form outside of the stadium just before kickoff, and with security checks of bags, it can take awhile to get into the stadium. For those picking up already-purchased tickets, the ticket offices at both Mizzou Arena and on the North side of Memorial Stadium open Saturday at 4 p.m…
- MIZZOUGAMEDAY.COM – A new website has been created to provide updated information for Tiger fans, including maps, traffic flow, parking and tailgating information, and much more. Fans are encouraged to visit www.mizzougameday.com for details…
- NEW MIZZOU FAN FEEDBACK FORUM – Have a question about Mizzou Athletics, or an opinion to share about an experience at a Tiger home game? Fans are invited to share these with the Athletic Department by visiting the “Fan Forum Feedback” to let us know what you think. After each game the most common fan questions are noted and addressed…
- WEAR GOLD – Fans are encouraged to wear gold to all games, with the exception of the Blackout game (Nov. 8th). The Tiger Team Store, located on the North concourse of Memorial Stadium, has plenty of gold-colored merchandise on sale, with the store opening at 10 a.m. Saturday. Additionally, the Tiger Team Store located in the lobby of Mizzou Arena will be open Saturday from 12 p.m. until kickoff…
- BASEBALL TEAM SCRIMMAGE – The Mizzou Tiger baseball team, coming off yet another top-25 ranked season, will hold a scrimmage Saturday beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Simmons Field/Taylor Stadium. The scrimmage is open and free to the public…

- BE LOUD, BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE – Fans make a difference for the team when they’re loud, and they’re encouraged to continue to help make “The Zou” one of the toughest places in which to play for opponents – MU is an impressive 28-6 at Faurot Field since 2003. Along with that, fans are always expected to be respectful of visitors and those around them, and to be responsible with their actions…
- PARKING INFORMATION – Due to the sellout crowd, donor parking lots will be opened at 8 a.m. this Saturday, which is earlier than the normal opening time of 10 a.m. for games that kickoff at 6 p.m. or later. Please note that general parking lots at Reactor Field, Dalton and Maryland Avenue Garage will open at their standard time of Noon.
