COLUMBIA, Mo. - -

The University of Missouri will take on the Nebraska on Thursday night at Faurot Field. Kickoff is set for 8:01 p.m. This will be the first weekday game hosted by Mizzou in 17 years. Due to the University being in session on gameday, the normal routine for a number of fans may be affected. Please pay close attention to the following details before attending the game. The best source for all of the updated gameday information, including maps, traffic flow, parking tailgating information, and much more is mizzougameday.com.

  • PARKING INFORMATION – Parking lots will open at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The parking lots are utilized as student/faculty/staff parking lots on weekdays, which necessitates the later lot openings. Traffic will be congested (especially from 4:30-5:15 p.m. and 7:15-8 p.m.), so fans are encouraged to plan accordingly. Tailgating tents should not exceed 10’x10’ and may not be set up prior to Thursday when the parking lots open.
  • ARRIVE EARLY – Due to the large crowd that is expected, fans are encouraged to arrive early and make plans to enter the stadium early, so that they don’t miss any of the game. The gates of Memorial Stadium will open at 6:30 p.m. and kickoff is scheduled for 8:01 p.m.The ticket office at Mizzou Arena will open at 9 a.m., while the ticket office at the North side of Memorial Stadium will open at 5 p.m. All Will Call tickets will be at the Memorial Stadium Ticket Office.
  • WEAR GOLD – Fans are encouraged to wear gold to all games, with the exception of the Blackout game (Nov. 21st). The Tiger Team Store, located on the North concourse of Memorial Stadium, has plenty of gold-colored merchandise on sale, with the store opening at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Additionally, the Tiger Team Store located in the lobby of Mizzou Arena will be open on Thursday from 4 p.m. until kickoff.
  • ATTEND TIGER WALK – Approximately two hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff (5:45 p.m. this Thursday), the Mizzou team will arrive via bus at the Mizzou Athletics Training Complex. The team and coaches will walk across the Tiger Walk Bridge, spanning Providence Road, and walk down behind the stadium.
  • SARA EVANS TO SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM – Fans are encouraged to get to their seats early as RCA Recording Artist and Mid-Missouri native Sara Evans will be performing the National Anthem prior to the game. Evans is slated to sing the Star Spangled Banner around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday.
  • BE LOUD, BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE – Fans make a difference for the team when they’re loud, and they’re encouraged to continue to help make ‘The Zou’ one of the toughest places in which to play for opponents.
