Mizzou Athletics announced the release of its new statistical application for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch on Friday in advance of its football season-opener vs. the University of Illinois.
Developed by TapStats, a company based in Olathe, Kan., the new statistical application will provide real-time stats to Tiger fans all over the globe for Tiger home games in football and men’s and women’s basketball.
The application is the same system that will be utilized in the Missouri press box this season and is available for purchase on the iTunes application store for $4.99. A portion of the proceeds from each sold application will go to support the Tiger Scholarship Fund.
