Home Opener Game Time Announced

Mizzou vs. SEMO will kickoff at 6 p.m. on Sept. 6.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- - The No. 7 ranked Mizzou football team's home opener against Southeast Missouri State will take place under the lights at Faurot Field, as game time for the Sept. 6 contest has been set for 6 p.m.

Season tickets are still available by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Columbia) or by visiting mutigers.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office.

Missouri will open the 2008 season on Aug. 30 against Illinois at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis. That game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN. Game times for the Tigers' other non-conference games - against Nevada on Sept. 13 and Buffalo on Sept. 20 - have not been announced.
