Mizzou Fan Day Set for August 9

Players and coaches will be available for autographs on Faurot Field.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Mizzou Athletic Department has announced that the Seventh Annual Football Fan Day, sponsored by the Tiger Quarterback Club, will be held Sunday, Aug. 9 at Faurot Field. Gates will open at 4 p.m. and the team will be on the field until 5:30 p.m. Admission is free for the event.

Tiger fans will have the opportunity to go down on the field, meet the Mizzou players and coaches and get autographs. Fans are asked to limit outside items for signing to one. Free schedule posters will also be available.

Fans should enter via Gates 3W & 5W on the West side of the stadium due to the video board construction on the North concourse. Additionally, fans are encouraged to visit the Tiger Team Store at the North end of Faurot Field from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

Kickoff 4-Pack for Home Opener Available Friday

Mizzou will open up its home portion of the 2010 season on Sept. 11 by hosting McNeese State at Faurot Field at 6 p.m. A special Kickoff 4-Pack for that game will go on sale on Friday. This special discount gives fans an opportunity to purchase four South Endzone Tickets for only $100. The offer will go on sale on mutigers.com at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27.

The popular X's & O's Clinic hosted by Mizzou returns again this year. The 2010 clinic will take place Saturday, Aug. 28 in the LeMone Tiger Lounge at Memorial Stadium. The X's & O's Clinic will once again be hosted by Vicki Pinkel and Rockie Alden.
