Imposing offensive line prospect who hopes to work his way into the rotation as a redshirt freshman ... Will get his shot at earning playing time at the right tackle position, where he begins spring drills listed third on the depth chart initially.

2007 SEASON
Gained a redshirt in his first season with the program, working primarily on the offensive scout team while working to get bigger and stronger in the Tigers strength and conditioning program.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ranked by Rivals as the No. 24 overall prospect (any position) out of the state of Oklahoma ... Ranked by Super Prep as the No. 38-ranked tight end prospect in the nation, and also as the overall No. 12-ranked prospect (any position) to come out of the state of Oklahoma in 2007 ... Caught 11 passes for 225 yards and 2 TDs as a senior in 2006, while adding 45 tackles and 3 QB sacks on defense ... Earned district tight end of the year honors in 2006, while landing a spot on the All-State team as an honorable mention selection ... Also played some offensive line during his senior campaign due to necessity ... As a junior in 2005, caught 28 passes for 329 yards (11.8 avg.) and 3 TDs ...
