2005 SEASON

Saw action in 1 game on the season, seeing the field in a reserve role in the season opener against Arkansas State at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City ... Hardworker in the classroom who was awarded with the Total Person Program's Academic Excellence 2005 Award.

2004 SEASON

Redshirt season ... Defensive line prospect who was a part of the 2003 recruiting class ... Delayed his entry into school until January, and practiced with the team during the spring as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL

A 1st-team all-state pick as a defensive lineman (writers) and tight end (coaches) ... Was also a 2nd-team all-metro defensive lineman as a senior ... Recorded 75 tackles and 3 sacks on defense, and caught 34 passes for 418 yards and 1 TD from the tight end position ... Also added 3 fumble recoveries and one interception on defense ... Had 60 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior in 2001 ... Was also a standout in basketball, as he was one of the state's top rebounders ... High school coach - Gary Kornfeld.

Son of John Troy & Sally Miller ... A member of National Honor Society who also serves on his school's student council ... A two-time all-conference academic honoree who is interested in studying business administration at MU ... Chose Mizzou over Illinois, Akron and Rice, among others.
